Samei Lab is a leading research-clinical consortium in the science and practice of precision medicine in imaging to advance human health. The lab operates based on three core principles of scientific rigor, clinical relevance, and clinical translation. We apply scientific methods to devise and refine patient-relevant advances in the areas of quality and safety metrology and optimization, quantitative imaging, and virtual clinical trials with anticipated clinical endpoint.  Key expertise in use include simulation of human body and disease, simulation of the imaging processes, image segmentation and processing, quality and safety metrology, informatics, 3D printing, machine-learning, and human and machine perception.
